SHARE THE FACTS.   TELL YOUR STORY.

Encourage action for those that waited their turn. Vaccines are widely available for Iowans age 16+. Share scheduling links or suggest searching for open appointments using Vaccine Finder or Vaccine Hunter. Many locations now welcome walk-ins.

Encourage research for those that are hesitant.Learn from the experts by watching an informational webinar featuring State Medical Director, Dr. Pedati & Dr. Winokur, University of Iowa College of Medicine. The testing process is discussed in detail. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQg4aNv5Vkk.

Encourage non judgmental conversation. Governor Reynolds asked Iowans this week, “What are you waiting for?” Create space to explore this question. Share why it’s important to you that your loved ones are protected and healthy.
